What are Essential Oils?

Essential oils are highly concentrated chemical compounds extracted from the seeds, flowers, roots, and bark of a plant, capturing the plant’s scent and essence.

Essential oils are 50-70x more potent than herbal medicines. They are natural and safe, with no side effects or addictions. Because they are so potent, only a small amount is needed, which means they are affordable to use.

Essential oils can be inhaled or diffused as well as applied topically. Many of them are also safe to take internally. In just seconds, one drop of essential oil can enter your bloodstream and have an amazing effect on your physical, mental and emotion wellbeing.

Humanitarian Impact

From the beginning, doTERRA wanted to be more than a business. They wanted to give back to their communities.
